Artan Shkreli has been appointed as the new director of the Construction Institute in Tirana, after Agron Hysenlliu passed away from COVID-19.

Local media reported that in the place of Shkreli as deputy Minister of Infrastructure, has been appointed Gjergj Simaku.

Agron Hysenlliu passed away on December 15 as a result of COVID-19. He was hospitalized for more than a week in the "Shefqet Ndroqi" hospital where unfortunately he failed to win the battle with COVID.

Hysenlliu was the engineer who inspected the houses damaged by the November 26 earthquake.
