The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha declared again this Tuesday that there will be no longer a Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) if he will won the Parliamentary Elections of May 11.

He underlined that DP is for a legal state that will make Albania great again.

"In this context, I strongly believe in Albanians that a prosecutor who arrests the 3 political leaders, of the three main opposition parties, a prosecutor who snatches opposition mandates given by voters, a prosecutor who amnesties electoral crime, a prosecutor who arrests journalists, is ultimately a political prosecutor, regardless of other activities," said Berisha.

He mentioned the prosecution of serious crimes, who was previously before SPAK, which according to him investigated 1050 people of 204 criminal organisation.
