A man was shot dead this early Sunday in Shkodra, police confirmed.

The victim is a 33-year-old, Ramazan Mataj, who was shot inside his car while turning home. 

The event happened around 07:15 am in Dragoç village of Shkodër.

Police surrounded the area, while an investigation started to shed light on the event.
