Creation of a center of low atmospheric pressure in the Northwest Balkans will continue to dictate the weather conditions in Albania as well, bringing dense clouds which will generate rain and snow. 

It is expected that the rains will occasionally be in the form of downpours, where they will be more intense in the Northwest areas, this Tuesday. 

Based on the forecast, most visible rains will be in the afternoon and evening hours. 

Air temperatures will continue to rise slightly in the morning and in the afternoon, fluctuating from 2°C to 17°C. 

The wind will blow medium and strong at a speed of 65 - 70 km/h from the Southwest, as a result, waves of 6 waves will be generated on the sea coasts.
