Esmerald Balla, the man that killes his father and then throw him into a well testified this Thursday the horrible crime he committed.

In front of the investigators, the 30-year-old man said that everything happened accidentally.

"We have a farm and we both worked there. Everything was going well and I was constructing a house, near the one we live and the working process was going also well. 

We saved nearly 75 thousand euros, and that day I went home to take the money to pay the one who was directing works in our new house and I see that they were missing. I asked my father and he told me that he didn't know. Then he took the gun and told me that he will kill me. In a moment I tried to take his gun and then a bullet was fired" he said.

Then he said that he was panicked and didn't know what to do and hided the body.
