Prime Minister and Head of the Socialist Party (SP), Edi Rama has introduced this Monday his political force's candidate of Belsh Municipality, Arif Tafani.

In his speech, the Head of Government underlined that Belsh has an extraordinary tourist potential, promising that they will work with concrete projects, in order for the area to become an example of an agricultural enterprise in Albania.

Moreover, he added that he sees the future of Belsh connected to natural beauty.

"Arif is very modest. Modesty is one of his most distinguishing features. I saw the future at this lake and then I got to know Dumre, wider than the town here. Belsh has incredible beauty and potential that they believed me, as we have started to put it to work.

Within a year, 150,000 visitors and tourists, while back then it wasn't about tourists and visitors, but whoever was here, had the mind to leave.

We will do our best, so that Belsh becomes an example of an agricultural enterprise, where people join forces, knowledge, and all together to produce with quality and by selling it in large quantities, you are the one who sets the price. This is an ambition that we must definitely realize", stressed PM Rama.
