The Special Prosecution against Corruption made public new charges against the directors of Tirana Municipality, arrested over '5D' case.

Albaniandailynews.com learned that Tuesday SPAK informed the directors Mariglen Qato, Redi Molla and Taulant Tushe that they are under accuse for non-declaration of assets.

The accuse came after they did not declare their assets.

Earlier SPAK accused the directors of Tirana Municipality for "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders and auctions" and "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions".

They are accused that are the real owners of the company 'Igor Elektrik' same as '5D Konstruksion' and earned money through the public tenders.
