The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) required one year in jail for the socialist mayor of Rrogozhina, Edison Memolla.

Memolla is accused by SPAK for active corruption during elections committed in collaboration.

At the same time, the special prosecution, required that Memolla should not be allowed to exercise any public function for five years.

The last decision, is expected to be taken on January 10.
