Statement by Albanian-Massacred Italian Family Member Revealed
A month has passed after the event in Italy, where Taulant Malaj killed the Italian Massimo De Santis, his 16-year-old daughter Jessica and injured his wife, Tefta Malaj.
The brother of Massimo De Santis, the 51-year-old owner who was killed by Taulant Malaj, spoke to the Italian media.
"My brother did not deserve to die like this. I would rather have died in a road accident or in other circumstances, but he didn't deserve a death like this," said his brother Gianluca.
He added that his 80-year-old mother never left the apartment alone after the day of the tragedy.
"My mother has never left the house alone since the day of the tragedy. I have to take her to the third floor and she comes out of the elevator staring straight ahead, as if to remove the image of the white sheet covering Massimo's bloodied body lying on the ground," said Gianluca.
In the area where the event happened, citizens say that it was a great tragedy, and that no one expected it.
"It was a great tragedy. No one expected it. Everything seemed normal", they said.
