Tirana's Incinerator, GJKKO Decides on Six Defendants

The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) gave its decision on all the defendant of Tirana Incinerator case.

According to the Wednesday's decision, former Environment Minister, Lefter Koka was condemned with 3 years in jail, who is ended due to the time spent in detention so far. But Koka cannot be released because he is taken as defendant in other cases.

Bledar Karoli - 2 years in jail

Erjon Murataj - 2 years in jail

Taulant Tusha - 2 years in jail

Namik Simixhiu - 2 years in jail

Valbona Ballgjini - 2 years in probation service

Jetmir Llapaj - Inocent.
