US Embassy in Tirana has commemorated this Sunday the attack of September 11, 2001. 

In a post on social networks, the embassy informs that its members have gathered to honor those who lost their lives in this tragic event. 

"Remembering September 11, 2001. Members of the U.S. Embassy community gathered to honor those who lost their lives during the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Chargé d'Affaires Demian Smith marked the 21st anniversary with a moment of silence and told the Embassy community that no matter how much time goes by, we will never forget the victims and heroes of September 11", stated the US Embassy in Albania.
