Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, explained this Friday the importance of the project of the Great Ring, which he said serves the capital, increasing the property value of the citizens and residents of the area. 

"Now I want to talk to them openly! I'm not here for votes, but as I've said the truth before, I'm saying it today: The Great Ring will be made! Tirana needs the Great Ring. The Great Ring adds value to the property. The big ring has no conspiracy theories. The trail of the Great Ring exists since the time of Adil Çarçani. As long as the Great Ring will be built, the design has started, the procurement has been done and the implementation is starting, so we need to understand the value of the unit where this ring passes. Unit 3 has only benefits from the Great Ring," said Veliaj, during the meeting with residents to discuss the 2023 budget.

Therefore, Veliaj called on all those who are affected by this project and other projects to sign the contracts, since both with a mortgage, as well as without a permit and without papers, the municipality and the Socialist Party have not left anyone without shelter and without a solution .
