The police of Vlora have handcuffed a 30-year-old man, who was driving around with a stolen vehicle in Spain and with narcotics. 

The amount of narcotics and the vehicle were seized by the police as material evidence. The blue uniforms indicate that the citizen Kostandin Nesturi, a resident of Saranda, has fallen into handcuffs, while it is learned that Nesturi has precedents in 2014 for theft and the captured vehicle is a 'BMW' type. 

"Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Department of DVP Vlorë arrested in the act the citizen K. N., 30 years old, resident of Saranda, after during the search of the vehicle driven by the 30-year-old, the Police found a quantity of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa. Also, from the verifications, the vehicle driven by the citizen K. N. was found to be stolen in Spain. The amount of narcotics and the vehicle driven by the citizen K. N. were seized by the Police, as material evidence. Work continues to determine the full criminal responsibility of this citizen. 

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora, for further actions," police said.
