The Vlora Bypass will be fully ready in the first week of July, according to the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku. 

Balluku said that the axis has been problematic due to the geological composition of the road. But, she guaranteed that at the start of the tourist season the axis will be ready to face the influx of tourists visiting the south of Albania. 

"I saw it today, it seems an impossible mission to be concluded at the end of June and the first week of July, where the summer season officially begins. We no longer have the opportunity for time, nor deadlines, it must be performed according to the contract, so I expect that the first week of July to enable this road officially and fully completed", said Balluku.
