Vlora Court has decided this Thursday to put under the security measure of "prison arrest" the 27-year-old Rildi Kocja, who stabbed his father-in-law and brother-in-law, Xhevdet and Albion Brasuhi in the coastal city. 

Rildi Kocja, after being wounded, left the scene, but he was arrested an hour later by the police, while the event happened around 21:30, in the neighborhood "1 Maji" on December 4. 

On the other hand, Xhevder Braushi, 62 years old, and his son, Albion Braushi, 30 years old, were found injured on the sidewalk by passers-by who rushed them to the Vlora Regional Hospital. 

Later on, it was found that Albion Braushi had received 8 stab wounds, and was sent to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana for more specialized treatment.
