Wanted for Drug Trafficking, Kazakh Man Arrested at Murriqan Border
A 32-year-old man from Kazakhstan was arrested by the Albanian police at the border point of Murriqan. The police inform that he was declared an international wanted by the German state after being accused of drug trafficking. His extradition to Germany will now be expected.

The Muriqan Police services, as a result of increased controls for the capture of nationally and internationally wanted persons, thanks to the exchange of information with Interpol Tirana, have handcuffed the internationally wanted citizen:
A. K. 32 years old, born in Kazakhstan and resident in Germany.
Specialists for the Investigation of Narcotics and Illegal Traffic made the arrest of this citizen, in order to extradite him to Germany, since the Local Court of Kempten, Germany, with the decision dated 27.04.2022, has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison" , for the criminal offense "Violation of the law on narcotics", provided by the German Penal Code.
In cooperation with the German law enforcement authorities, actions are being taken to extradite this citizen to Germany.
