An Albanian citizen, Admir Tutaj was arrested in Colombia during an operation against weapons' trafficking.

He was declared wanted by the Special Court against Corruption, and according to the Colombian media, he was the brain of the weapons' trafficking in the black market.

These weapons were then uses by the criminal gangs.
