Xibraka Case, Rama: SPAK Has the Duty to Say Who Is Responsible

Prime Minister, Edi Rama, said Wednesday that the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) has the duty to say who is the responsible on Xibraka case, where his brother is under accuse by the opposition.

According to Rama, he didn't reacted because this is a personal issue.

"I do not react on personal matters. I have not reacted to my brother's case even here in Albania. My brother is 55 years old. He has all his capacity and obligation to face this issue like everyone else. So that is a matter that belongs now to justice. It belongs to SPAK, the Special Court, to decide who is guilty in this case," said Rama.
