Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has met the International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) Director General Rafael Mariano Gross and his delegation ahead of the group's visit to the Zaporizhzhia power plant. 

The power plant has been occupied by Russian forces since March, but Ukrainian staff are still employed there and it is still connected to Ukraine's power grid. 

Fighting around the facility in recent weeks has led to mounting concern over the safety of the site. 

Ukraine and Russia have accused one another of shelling the area. Ukraine accuses Russian forces of turning the site into a military base, using it as a shield to launch attacks. Russia rejects this, and says its troops are there protecting the plant.
