Some 26% of the ballot boxes were counted until this Monday morning. 

According to the official data, 1410 ballot boxes from 5225 in total of the voting centers.

The preliminary data, shows that the Socialist Party leads to the fourth mandate with 186384 votes, or 52.75% of the total followed by the Democratic Party with 121243 votes, 34.31%.

So far, socialists leads in 10 regions, except in Shkodra and Kukes.
