The Central Elections Commission published Friday the number of the people who participate and vote. According to this commission, from 3.467.962 people with the right to vote, only 1.462.138 voted.

From this total of votes, 1.406.514 were valid, while 55.514 were declared invalid votes.

On the other side, the commissions of the elections administration, declared 12 ballot boxes invalid, and the votes inside them were not counted.

The CEC informed also that 194.889 Albanians voted abroad for the firs time and so far, 1.532 votes were declared invalid so far.
