Albania registered on Sunday four victims due to Covid-19, while 864 people have tested positive of the virus last 24 hour. Health Ministry informed that the positive cases were discovered after their results came back positive out of a total 4334 tests conducted nationwide. 

In the last 24 hours, an additional 679 citizens have successfully recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries since the onset of the pandemic in our country, to 141,717. There are currently 12,776 actively infected citizens in our country, some 5,000 of whom are in Tirana. 

The Ministry of Health has appealed to citizens to get their vaccines during September which has been declared an open vaccination month.
