Albania condemns the annexation of four regions in Ukraine by Russia. The Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka, announced through a press release that she will not recognize the predetermined results in these areas. 

"Albania condemns the fake referendums organized by Russia in Ukraine and will not recognize their predetermined results. Any annexation of the territory of a state by another state, which comes as a result of threats or the use of force, is a violation of the principles of the UN Charter and international law," the Albanian government's response states.
