In March 2025, the majority of foreign visitors staying in Albanian accommodations came from Italy (23% of the total), followed by Kosovo (15%), Germany (10%), the United Kingdom (7%), and France (3%).
These figures reflect a growing interest in Albania as a tourist destination among key European and regional markets, highlighting the country’s strong potential not only for coastal tourism but also for cultural and nature-based tourism in its inland areas.
