Minister of Defense, Olta Xhacka declared that the winning names of the applicants for a place in the Academy of the Armed Forces have been published.

Xhacka announced that the second round opens on September 19 and closes on September 21. In the meantime there will be a third round of applications.

The Minister said that at the end of the rounds the first 60 students are expected to enter the military school, and they will benefit a monthly allowance, accommodation and free food for 3 years of study, no fee and a job after graduation.

"The first round of applications and registrations at the Academy of the Armed Forces in the study program of military science is over.

The second round of applications will be open from 19 to 21 September. On these dates, all graduates who have completed high school  this year can apply at www.ualbania.al. But the applications continue to be open to graduates of previous years. On September 21, the deadline for this category of applicants ends, who must fill out the form at the high school where they graduated, choosing the Armed Forces Academy as one of their preferences," Xhacka said.
