Albania to Play Friendly Match against Italy
"Air Albania" is preparing for another big match after the Conference League final between Roma and Feyenoord, which was won 1-0 by Jose Mourinho's Italians thanks to Nicolo Zaniolo's goal.
Italy will land at the national stadium in November for a friendly against the red and black national team. This was announced by Gabriele Gravina, the president of the FIGC (Italian Football Federation).
In a statement to RadioRai, Gravina said: "We have a meeting with the technical staff for the two friendlies we will play during the World Cup. Most likely, one of them will be with Albania in Tirana".
The four-time world champions failed to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar (November 20-December 18), a period which Roberto Mancini's team will use to play two friendly matches.
