On Arbëreshe Day, the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, presented the "Golden Eagle" decoration to the coach of the Albanian National Team, Sylvinho. 

The head of the government said that he does not have this assessment for an Albanian or an Arbëresh, but for a personality, who according to him is an "Albanian on the rise". 

"I don't have this eagle for an Albanian, nor for an Arbëresh, but you can be born an Albanian, and you can become an Albanian, I have this eagle for an Albanian on the rise. I want to invite the coach of our national team here", said Rama as he handed over the "Golden Eagle" to coach Sylvinho. 

After climbing to the podium, the coach of the national team spoke in Albanian, while greeting the audience with the word "good evening". 

"Good evening. Many thanks. Thank you to everyone," said Sylvinho. 

Under the guidance of the Brazilian coach, Albania qualified for the European Championship, which will be played next summer in Germany.
