Altin Dumani has officially taken this Monday the duty to lead the Special Prosecution against Organized Crime and Corruption (SPAK) for the next 3 years. 

In his speech, Dumani warned that SPAK will now move to another phase, which is will mean a more aggressive fight against officials' corruption as well as organized crime. 

"I thank my colleagues for the dignified competition and appreciate them for their values. Thanks to Mr. Kraja, we all know how difficult it is to build a new house from scratch. 

Today, we have a functional Prosecutor's Office with a positive balance sheet and ready to face the challenges ahead. 

These 3 years have been difficult, each of us has had his contributions, I express gratitude for the commitment and sacrifices. 

After these 3 years, SPAK will now move to another phase, which is that of a more aggressive fight against the corruption of officials at every level as well as organized crime. 

I will be by your side for the challenges that await us, investigating together with you and creating the conditions to exercise your functions unaffected by anyone but being faithful only to the law. 

The relations between SPAK and BKH will be characterized by mutual trust", underlined Dumani.
