Kasander Noga is arrested in Vienna, who is accused of attempting to kill Erion Hasanbelliu. The latter was shot with 6 bullets in the center of Brussels on Saturday evening, (4 of them hit him in the body) while he is currently in the hospital, in serious condition for life.

The perpetrator and the injured have been involved in a 'conflict saga' for at least 20 years. Exactly about 20 years ago, Noga and his friend Julian Çela are accused of entering the resuscitation hospital where Erion Hasanbelliu's father, Aqif Hasanbelliu, was hospitalized together with another person, and after the serums were removed, the latter were killed. 

A year later Hasanbelliu and his brother's friend shot at Noga and killed his friend Çela in Belgium. Noga, meanwhile, survived the attack. 

How the event happened a few days ago? 

Noga is suspected of shooting at the entrance of the Adolphe Maxlaan Hotel in Brussels, in the direction of the 43-year-old. According to witnesses, he came out of nowhere and opened fire on Hasanbelli. The public prosecutor in Brussels says Hasanbelliu received six bullets and is in danger of death.
