Berisha Meets What He Calls 'Winning Team' ahead of Local Elections

Three months before the local elections of May 14, the chairman of Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha, gathered the candidates for mayors.

In his speech, the former prime minister considered them as the winning team, while their rivals, according to him, are determined by drugs and gangs. Berisha accuses Prime Minister Rama of stealing the free vote of Albanian citizens and taking all the powers.

"Today I meet the victory team, I meet the representatives of the free vote, I meet the candidates for citizens of this country, who come to the most transparent, most dignified procedure for a country and a nation.

This constitutes a major achievement for Albania and Albanians and in the conditions of a country where scandal and superscandal are the main feature, where decision-making is more obscure than in any other country in Europe and beyond.

In the conditions of a country where the candidacies of the other party are determined by their gangs and clans, your presence in the electoral race is the presence of true missionaries to advance the cause of freedom, the cause of dignity. Missionaries to overthrow the monist system established with the support of the Albanian, regional, European and world mafia.

Edi Rama managed to establish complete monism in Albania. To establish complete and total control over all powers, because he stole the free vote of the Albanian citizens, transformed it into a fictitious value, not real", noted Berisha.
