The leader of the democrats, Sali Berisha proposed this Monday changes in the salaries and minimum wage if his party will come to power.

In a communication for the media, this time from the Democratic Party headquarters, Berisha said that if his party will come to power, he will propose Euro 200 as a vital minimum, while minimal wage 500 euro.

"This living minimum will be extended to every Albanian who receives less than that, or does not receive it. Above this living minimum, pensions will be increased by 20% with the objective of doubling them, minimum wages will be increased. The minimum wage will be 500 euros, and there will be no minimum wage below 500 euros, regardless of the effects that anyone can tell me it will have on employment and so on," said Berisha.

At the same time, he promised more roads and more public construction to be done, if he will come to power.
