Murder for Blood Feud in Lezha, Perpetrator Shows no Remorse
Florian Përvathi, the teenager who killed Lek Lekgjonaj for blood feud, seems to have been planning the murder for a long time.
Albaniandailynews.com learns that before the investigators, the 17-year-old stated that he had secured the weapon for at least a year, while he did not show signs of remorse for the crime he committed.
The murder took place at noon on Monday in the village of Manati in Lezha, where the teenager, using a pistol with a grinder, went to the house of his neighbor Lek Lekgjonaj and shot him several times, leaving him dead immediately.
After this crime, the 17-year-old went to the police and told about the crime he had committed. 65-year-old Lek Lekgjonaj is the brother of Ndue Lekgjonaj, who killed Florian's father in 2009.
The teenager was an orphan for 13 years. He and his two older brothers were cared for by their uncle and aunt. They lived for a long time in uncle and aunt's houses. Finally, Florian and one of the brothers had returned to the house where they were born, while the other brother lives outside.
Florjan was 4 years old when his father was killed in front of his eyes. From the pain, the mother was poisoned the next day. It remains unclear how he secured the crime weapon, a pistol with a grinder. Fearing blood feuds, his brother and the people of his tribe remain isolated.
