A clash between convicts is recorded on Friday in the prison of Peqin, where the life sentence prisoner, Sokol Mjacaj, shot another prisoner, Arben Lleshi. 

It is known that Lleshi died during the transport to the hospital. Meanwhile, during the conflict, Sokol Mjacaj injured the other convict, Ilir Shaqja.

We remind you that Sokol Mjacaj is sentenced to life, because of the criminal act, where he took the lives of two Czech tourists. 

Today, the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, signed the order to transfer to the 41 bis regime Sokol Mjaca, the perpetrator of the murder and wounding inside Peqin prison. 

"Preliminary notice from the General Directorate of Prisons! Due to a conflict between three convicts with life imprisonment, two of them were injured and the situation is being managed! We clarify that there are no guards, police or civilian staff injured", announced the General Directorate of Prisons.
