The great master of humor in Shkodra, Paulin Preka, died age 86. He couldn't survived a dangerous disease. Preka died in Italy where he lived during the last years with his family. 

Preka born in Shkodra on February 2, 1935 in a poor family with a brother and two sisters. He has played many pieces of comedy as 'Husband's uncle', 'Groom from America', 'Photographer', 'Our Land', 'Xhemal's brother-in-law', etc.
