Albania's new Covid-19 infections, deaths significantly decreased on Sunday as Health Ministry reported that 467 people have tested positive last 24 hours, while three others died due to virus complications. 

Most of the cases were in Tirana (168), Selenice (36), Kruje (20), Lushnje (18), Durres (17), Vlore (15), Kamez (14) etc.

The good news is that the number of those with an active infection decreased from over 12.000 a week ago to 8951 this Sunday as the number of those recovered is much higher that new infections. 691 people were recovered last 24 hours, bringing the total number of those recovered since the beginning of pandemic to 160.130. At the same time, even the number of the people hospitalized decreased to 182, 40 of whom are at intensive therapy.

Unfortunately, three people died last 24 hours, two from Durresi age 58-74 and one from Tirana 70-years-old.
