Tirana police arrested this Saturday, Elvis Gaçaj, 50-year-old and Marsel Dobi. 

They were both moving with armed with a vehicle in the capital Tirana when stopped by police. 

After their arrest, police seized the gun and ammunition. 

Gaçaj is a known person for police. He was arrested several times with drugs, ammunition. He even was one of the suspected for the murder of Santiago Malko and was arrested with Leonard Duka in 2018 but then released to 'house arrest'. 

He even escape a murder attempt in 2015.
