Emiljano Shullazi is back in the cell after undergoing surgery on both his arms. Albaniandailynews.com learns that Shullazi has returned to the 41-bis regime in the premises of the "Jordan Misja" prison. 

His transfer from the prison hospital to the cell was done under strict security measures accompanied by the RENEA Forces and the State Police. Shullazi underwent surgery two days ago on both his arms. This is the second operation, after Shullazi performed the first in 2017 in a private hospital. 

Shullazi, who was sentenced to 14 years in prison for "Coercion by means of threats to take property", suffers from disc herniation and had to undergo surgery on both of his arms. The surgical intervention comes at a time when, on July 30, 2022, Shullazi's term of stay in the "41-bis" strict isolation system ends. 

It is not known for certain whether Shullazi's period of stay in "41-bis" will be extended, but a few days ago the gangster of Kavaja Street won in the Supreme Court, the right to a retrial in the Court of Appeal, claiming that his isolation in "41-bis" was carried out in open violation of norms and human rights. After this operation, Shullazi is in the prison hospital. 

While his poor state of health may affect his release from "41-bis" and his isolation in a regular security prison. In addition to the punishment for imposing fines, Shullazi is already involved in an investigation as a participant in the most sensational murder of the first decade of the new century in our country.
