The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has provided details regarding the breakdown of the criminal group that sought to eliminate the former prosecutor of Durrës, Arjan Ndoji, revealing the role of each of the 5 arrested and 4 wanted. 

In this way, two well-known people from the world of crime, Plaurent Dervishaj and Julian Meçe, are suspected as organizers. Dervishaj is the brother-in-law of Lulzim Berisha, the latter declared internationally wanted for murder. Plaurent Dërvishaj started his career in the world of crime in the 2000s by becoming part of the Durrës Gang, and then decided to create a family relationship with the gang leader Lulzim Berisha. Plaurent Dervishaj, among others, is suspected of being involved in the sensational murders of Klodian Saliu and Vajdin Lamaj, while his arrest in Dubai in 2020 proved futile, as he was later released since Albania does not have an extradition agreement with this country . 

In 2019, a mafia assassination would be organized against Plaurent Dervishaj, Julian Meçe and Bashkim Haxhiaj, who were driving a Range Rover when they were shot with Kalashnikov volleys by 2 shooters who were driving with the help of a driver with a BMW vehicle. The three people in the vehicle survived the assassination attempt. 

Another name known to those arrested is that of Gent Medjaku, otherwise known as Kili Medjaku, who was assassinated by a sniper in September 2022 in the beach area in Durrës. The shooters were inside a van when they shot at Njerjak who was driving a G-Class in the company of the son of the former Minister's brother Lefter Koka. Both people in the luxury vehicle survived the assassination attempt. 

One of the most sensational names that have appeared in this criminal group is that of Ramazan Rraja, the grandson of the socialist deputy Rrahman Rraja. Checks at his home were unsuccessful for the Police, as he is suspected to have left the country. Ramazan Rraja was escorted to the Police during the month of November after moving with 3 armored vehicles together with his group. After questioning, he was released along with the people accompanying him. 

Earlier, he appeared at the Prosecutor's Office of Kruja, where he was interrogated regarding the triple massacre in which Brilant Martinaj was killed, but he was still not detained by the Police. The nephew of the socialist MP was also wanted in 2021, after it was suspected that he entered a bar in Lezha to terrorize the owner with a gun, but this charge was also dropped against him. The name of Ramazan Rraja is also mentioned in two other episodes, one is the assault on Xisiela Maloku in 2018, for which the son of MP Rrahman Rraja himself was subsequently arrested. While in 2019, he was prosecuted for assaulting a girl inside the premises of QSUT (Mother Teresa Hospital).
