Extremist's Criminal File Sent by SPAK for Adjudication
Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has completed the investigation of Bledar Zeneli, accused of inciting hatred and propaganda with terrorist purposes, and has sent the file for trial this Tuesday.
Zeneli will be facing the criminal charges of "Incitement, call and propaganda for the commission of acts with terrorist purposes", in collaboration, "Forgery of identity cards, passports or visas" and "Production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons".

"Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, in cooperation with the General Directorate of the State Police (Judicial Police Officers of the Anti-Terror Directorate), have completed the investigations and sent for trial the criminal proceeding No. 185/2021, in charge of the defendant Bledar Zeneli, accused of the criminal offense of "Incitement, call and propaganda for the commission of acts with terrorist purposes", in collaboration, provided by articles 232/a and 25 of the Criminal Code, "Forgery of identity cards, passports or visas" , provided by article 189/1 of the Criminal Code, "Production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons", provided by article 279/1 of the Criminal Code.
This defendant, in collaboration with other persons unidentified at the moment, made public posts through social networks expressing open sympathy for terrorist attacks such as the one that occurred on October 29, 2020 in Nice, France, the terrorist attack that occurred in Vienna Austria, on 02.11.2020, and for other terrorist acts or radical and extremist actions.
