Shkodra Court of First Instance has decided this Tuesday "Jail arrest" for the citizen Fabian Vukaj who killed his sister, the citizen Diana Vukaj, 58 years old one day ago. 

Prosecutor Ermir Lelçaj requested the security measure "Jail arrest" for the citizen and Judge Irida Kacerja accepted the request of the accusation, giving the security measure "Jail arrest". 

Defense attorney Bruno Pepa assigned mainly to this case after the suspect as the perpetrator of the murder had not received a lawyer left in the hands of the court the security measure and the validation of the arrest as lawful. The perpetrator who kept the body of the murdered sister at home for two days appeared silent and refused to speak.
