The involved persons in the murder are Edmond Haxhia, Ruben Saraiva, Harry Simson, Thomas Mithan, Steven Hunt dhe Harriet Bridgeman.

Four of them are from UK, one is of Albanian-British nationality and the killer is from Portugal.

They have all entered Albania as tourists and left immediately after killing Nikulaj.

Police has officially charged them with "murder for bloodfeud" in the form of a criminal group.

Edmond Haxhia is suspected of being the person who ordered the murder of Nikulaj, as his relatives have had a long-time conflict with the businessman.

The Portuguese killed entered the bar of Ardian Nikulaj, which was located at Shengjin Pedestrian area, and shot him seven times with a pistol. He was wearing motorcycle helmet and Covid mask when he committed the murder, while he left the scene with a motorcycle.
