Artan Lame, former head of the Agency for Legalization, Urbanization and Integration of Informal Areas died at the age of 58.

He was in Germany, where he was being cured after an ischemia from which he suffered months ago. 

So far it was reported that he died after an intervention in the heart in an hospital in Mynich.  

Lame directed for six years the Agency of Legalization and after he was even the General Director of Cadastre.
