The Court in Gjirokastra accepted the request of the prosecution and condemned with six years in jail former head of the Cadastre, Florian Taçi. While his two collaborators, Alban Memishaj and Julian Nakuçi were condemned with four years each.

All of them were accused for falsification and abuse of duty.

They were arrested on February 2024, during a police operation.
