The head of the Public Procurement Commission, Jonaid Myzyri, appeared this Tuesday for the third time at the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK).

He, again, refused to give any comments for the media, but so far it was learned that he is suspected that allowed to be realized tender procedures that were previously cancelled due to problems with the documentation. 

The Public Procurement Commission is the highest institution that reviews complaints in public tender procedures, concessions and the granting of mining permits.
