Tirana International Airport clarifies that these passengers in order to leave for Germany must be equipped with:

All passengers traveling from Tirana International Airport to Germany must be equipped with:

In case you are not provided with the vaccination certificate, you must have the Antigen test or PCR and you must do a 10 day quarantine at the address written in the PLF.
