The High Court refused this Tuesday the request of democrat, Ervin Salianji to suspend the Appeal Court decision that left him in jail.

According to today's decision, Salianji must suffer his sentence of one year in jail for false denunciation. 

At the end of this decision, the lawyer of Salianji, Ledio Braho, said that despite this decision Salianji continues to be calm as he decided to surrender to police.
