Ibrahim Lici, was arrested in Turkey as Albania declared him wanted for 'Murder' committed in collaboration. He is accused for the murder of Endri Mustafa, in Shkoder 15 May 2021.

According to the investigation of the prosecution, Lici was hiding in Turkey from months, but only now he could be localized.

State Police confirmed his arrest, while Interpol Tirana is working to extradite him to Albania.

"Collaboration between the two policies, of Turkey and Shkodra, was made possible the arrest of Lici, accused for murder," said police. 

He was discovered that was in Turkey on October 2022, but police couldn't arrests him until today.
