As of May 9, 2025, the prosecution offices of general jurisdiction have reported at the General Prosecution the following data on criminal offences related to elections:
•    A total of 54 criminal reports have been registered regarding offences under Articles 325, 326/a, 327, 328, 328/a, 328/b, 329, 329/a, 331/a, and 332/a of the Criminal Code.
•    The sources of these crime reports include the State Police with twenty-seven submissions, SPAK with nine, political parties with seven, private citizens with two submissions, and nine cases initiated ex officio.
•    The aforesaid crime reports have been filed in the following prosecution offices: five in Fier, three in Saranda, three in Durrës, fourteen in Tirana, two in Gjirokastër, three in Kukës, five in Lezhë, nine in Dibër, two in Vlorë, one in Korçë, two in Shkodër, and five in Elbasan.
•    A total of 23 criminal proceedings have been initiated based on these reports for offences under Articles 325, 326/a, 327, 328/a, 328/b, 329, 329/a, 331/a, and 332/a of the Criminal Code.
Fier Prosecution Office has commenced five criminal proceedings: two cases concerning the offence under Article 325 of the Criminal Code, one case for Article 328/a of the Criminal Code, one under Article 328/a, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code, and another one for Article 328 of the Criminal Code. 
Gjirokastra Prosecution Office has Two criminal proceedings have been initiated at Gjirokastra Prosecution Office, concerning offences under Articles 326/1 and 329/1 of the Criminal Code. Elbasan Prosecution Office has initiated four cases regarding offences under Articles 328/a, 248, 332/a, 134/1, and 287/b of the Criminal Code. Durrës Prosecution Office has registered one criminal proceeding for offences under Articles 328/a and 248 of the Criminal Code. Additionally, Dibër Prosecution Office has initiated two criminal proceedings for offences under Articles 237/5 and 328/a, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code.
Shkodër Prosecution Office has initiated two criminal proceedings concerning offences as stipulated in Articles 328/a and 328/b of the Criminal Code. Saranda Prosecution has initiated two criminal proceedings for offences under Articles 325 and 326/a of the Criminal Code. Kukësi, Korça, and Vlora Prosecution Offices each have initiated one criminal proceeding for the offence under Article 328/a of the Criminal Code, meanwihe Lezha Prosecution Office has commenced two criminal proceedings for offences under Articles 327, 329, and 278 of the Criminal Code.
•    Based on subject matter jurisdiction, two crime reports have been referred to SPAK by Durrës and Lezhë Prosecution Offices, along with two criminal proceedings from Fier and Shkodra Prosecution Offices.
•    Non-initiation has been decided for ten of the registered crime reports, which include five from Tirana Prosecution Office, two from Kukës Prosecution, two from  Dibra  Prosecution, and one from Saranda Prosecution Office.
•    Dibra Prosecution Office has referred one criminal proceeding to trial with one defendant, for offences under Articles 237/5 and 328/a, paragraph 4, without any personal security measures. Meanwhile, Gjirokastra Prosecution Office has brought one criminal proceeding, involving an offence under Article 326/1 of the Criminal Code, to trial  requesting dismissal.
•    The remaining crime reports are currently undergoing verification.
