A restaurant's owner in Tirana has been fined this Saturday by Tirana Police for organizing a wedding against Covid rules. 

Following the controls exercised in various entities, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, police found a restaurant, which was organizing wedding ceremonies contrary to the Normative Act, not respecting safety protocols. 

The responsible person is citizen K.F., who was informed to stop the activity but did not obey the order of the police officers and continued to exercise the activity. For this reason, K.F was fined by ALL 1 million and was prosecuted for disobeying the police order.

"Tirana Police imposes ALL 1,000,000 and prosecutes the owner of a restaurant for disobeying a police order, after he was found exercising activity in his business in violation of the Normative Act. 

Tirana Police appeals to all owners / administrators of entities that exercise the same activity, to strictly respect safety protocols and restrictive measures, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19," Police of Tirana announced.
