The Albanian Daily News has recently been made aware that a violation of copyright has been going on by one of our former subscription agencies. We came across undeniable facts that the latter was using third-party customers to acquire and redistribute the Albanian Daily News in an illicit form, thus depriving our newspaper of its legitimate, hard-earned revenue that is indispensable to sustain its work. We would like to bring to the attention of our customers that reception of the ADN in the name of a third-party person – other than the one licensed by your institution - means that they are purchasing a stolen product. In case such a phenomenon is noticed, please contact the Albanian Daily News as soon as possible. From now on all subscription contracts will be concluded directly with the newspaper. Such episodes severely damage ADN's work and efforts to bring our readers a serious product, which is the fruit of the commitment of dedicated staff in increasingly uncomfortable conditions for media workers.
